The OMHA Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held 7pm on Wednesday, April 19th, 2023 in the Watling Room at the Hazen Center in Oromocto.

The AGM provides the membership the opportunity to review and discuss the general operations of the recently completed minor hockey season (this includes general reports, a review of the operational budget and year end financials). This meeting is open to all OMHA members in good standing - your attendance and participation is encouraged and welcomed.

As per Part 3, Section 1.4 of the OMHA Operations Manual, the AGM is also the time to nominate and elect members to the OMHA Executive Committee. The Executive Committee may consist of the following:

• Chair

• Vice-Chair

• Registrar

• Treasurer

• Secretary

• Divisional Directors (U7, U9, U11, U13, U15, U18, U21)

• Competitive Teams Director

• Female Director

• Technical Director

• Equipment Manager

• Ice Allocator

• Public Relations Director

• Ways & Means Director

• Tournament Director

• Volunteer Director
