Request for Proposals: Supplier for Screen Printing, Embroidery, and Team Merchandise Production

As part of our commitment to providing high-quality merchandise for our athletes and supporters, we are seeking proposals from local businesses to explore having a recommended, or official supplier for all divisions of the Oromocto Eagles for the upcoming 2024-2025 season, with possibility of extension for screen printing, embroidery, and production of team merchandise.

Scope of Work

We are looking for a supplier who can provide the following services of our Competitive Oromocto Eagles logo:

• Screen Printing: High-quality screen printing on various apparel items including t-shirts, hoodies, hockey bags and warm-up jerseys.

• Embroidery: Professional embroidery services for team logos and player names and or number on hats, jackets, and other apparel.

• Merchandise Production: Production of a wide range of team merchandise such as bags, accessories, and promotional items.

Proposal Requirements

To ensure a comprehensive evaluation of your capabilities, please include the following information in your proposal:

1. Company Background: A brief overview of your company, including years in business, experience with similar projects, and key personnel.

2. Services Offered: Detailed description of the services you provide, including your capacity to handle bulk orders and customization options.

3. Quality Assurance: Information on your quality control processes and brands to ensure high standards for all products.

4. Pricing: Detailed pricing structure for the services mentioned above, including any bulk order discounts or special offers.

5. Samples: Samples of previous work or a portfolio showcasing your screen printing, embroidery, and merchandise production capabilities.

6. Turnaround Time: Estimated production and delivery times for typical orders.

Submission Deadline

Please submit your proposal by September 15th, 2024. Proposals should be sent to omhaequipdirector@gmail.com. The OMHA board  will review all submissions and make a decision by our September board meeting expected the week of September 23rd.
